Kaveri Consultancy Cell (KCC)

Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce has started a professional consultancy wing ‘Kaveri Consultancy Cell (KCC)’. As the college has well qualified and experienced teachers we have good variety of expertise available at Kaveri. The college feels that this expertise must be utilised for helping the industry, society, parents, Individuals and community at large.

The college has various collaborations and associations. These associations made it convenient to identify the consultancy needs at large. KCC aims to help, provide support, assist, advice and provide consultancy services to all who need to facilitate their wellbeing & growth. Year 2019-20

  1. Social media marketing
    Kaveri Consultancy Cell has provided social media marketing consultancy toKaveri Institute of Education for promoting their Post Graduate Diploma course in Early Childhood Education.
  2. Designing of marketing material
    Teachers and students B.B.A. & B.B.A. (IB) provided a consultancy & volunteering guidance to KaveriKalakshetra for conducting Annual Childrens’ Theatre Festival. Students have designed various posters, e-flyers, tickets for social media marketing of the event. Students also volunteered for the event for conducting games, coordinating workshops and photography of the whole event.
  3. Cyber safety training
    Students from B.B.A. (CA) were trained to give the presentation on the Cyber safety awareness to Students of different schools and colleges. These students created awareness among 4000 students from different schools and colleges nearby as well as at Kasaramboli. An amount of Rs.24000 was sanctioned by Quick Heal Foundation for Cyber Security Awareness under “Earn and Learn” Scheme.
  4. Digital marketing project
    Kaveri consultancy cell has an ongoing project of digital marketing of the Kaveri Gifted Education & Research Centre, two teachers and two students from F.Y.B.B.A. are involved in designing and managing Facebook and Instagram pages for the institute.

Year 2018-19

  1. Execution team for Vaave (an official alumni portal of kaveri Group of Institutes)
    Ms. ChitraAlvani& Ms. Sayee Kulkarni Kaveri worked as the members of Execution team for Vaave (an official alumni portal of kaveri Group of Institutes. A proposal was submitted by Vaave (company providing the portal). Feasibility study of the proposal was done in terms of hardware, support and finance. Format of the data, customization as per requirements, backup mechanism, and briefing about the portal was done by the team.
  2. Execution of Camlin School Competitions
    Students from S.Y.B.B.A. worked in the execution team of Camlin school competitions for a two week long programme in which they have done the planning and execution of the events at various schools of Pune.
  3. Digital Marketing Consultancy to a Boutique
    Four Students of F.Y.B.B.A. are working on the project of digital marketing consultancy to the boutique at Prabhat road. Students are doing the end to end working right from photography to designing and uploading the brochure on the social marketing sites.
  4. MS –Office training
    Kaveri Skill Development Centre started a course of MS-Office for Kannada Medium Students course was conducted by T.Y. B. Sc. (CS), S.Y.B.B.A. (CA) students. Total 45 students attended the course. There were 2 classes per week on every Tuesday and Thursday till 6th October 2018.

Year 2017-18

  1. Purchase of ERP software
    Ms. ChitraAlvani& Ms. Pallavi Joshi extended their consultancy services for the purchase of ERP software to our International School in the month of May 2017.
  2. ‘Parent Opinion Survey – Academic Coaching Classes’
    Mrs. Shweta Bapat, Ms. Sayee Kulkarni and Mrs. Bhakti Dandekar undertook a project titled ‘Parent Opinion Survey –Academic Coaching Classes’ under the Kaveri Consultancy Cell. The project was assigned by management of Kannada Sangha, Pune. The survey related to the academic tuition classes was conducted for parents from Mini KG to 7th Std. The survey was conducted between July to September 2017. The work group consisted of members of Kaveri Consultancy Cell along with 10 students of class T.Y.B.B.A..
    A structured questionnaire was designed in consultation with Mrs. MalatiKalmadi, Secretary, Kannada Sangha about Academic Tuition Classes. Students collected data during Parent Teacher meetings of the concerned units of Kaveri Group of Institutes. They entered it on MS Excel. The KCC members analysed the dat and reported the findings and observations. Total 411, 360 and 540 questionnaires collected and analysed for Pre-Primary Section, Primary section and Secondary Section respectively.
  3. Designing 360-degree feedback
    Mrs. JayashreeBangali provided consultancy for designing 360-degree feedback forms for various units of Kaveri Group of Institutes. Separate forms like for parents’ feedback forms, teachers’ assessment forms, infrastructural feedback forms and students’ feedback forms were designed.

Year 2016-17

  1. Study of lighting system & energy consumption
    Dr. Mrs. JayashriBangali has done the study of lighting system of senior college building and energy consumption of presently installed fluorescent lamps is calculated along with its total cost per year. If these lamps were replaced by energy efficient LED lamps, then total saving of energy and cost is calculated. Further payback period is also calculated. Excel sheet is prepared to perform the calculations which include various formulas. The energy consumption due to presently installed fluorescent lamps and due to proposed LED lamps were calculated by using this Excel sheet.
  2. Designing the ‘ICSI National Awards for Excellence in CSR’
    Dr. Shweta Bapatwas involved at Institute of Company Secretary of India, New Delhi as a member of the Expert Group formulated for designing the ‘ICSI National Awards for Excellence in CSR’. Dr. Shweta Bapat is part of experts group till date.
  3. Career Consultancy in HRM field
    Dr. Shweta Bapatwas involved as a mentor at CRB Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. CRB tech solutions is a career consultancy organization for which she is providing consultancy in the area of Human Resource Management.
  4. IT Training
    Mrs. ShilpaKhadilkar conducted Corporate Training in association with KI System and Software at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Hijewadi.

  5. IT NetworkSet Up
    Ms. ChirtaAlavani and Ms. Pallavi Joshi Provide consultancy to set up network at Kaveri International School, Lohegaon. The network structure and the cabling work done at KIS were studied by visiting the school campus on 25th August 2016. Also the requirements were gathered from Kannada Sangha Technical team and members of management. As per the requirement a solutions regarding purchase of various equipment were suggested and given to the technical support team of Kannada Sangha. On the basis on one-one discussion, a final equipment list along with the configurations was submitted to the Technical Team for further purchase and installation.
