Kannada Sangha’s Pune’s Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune, organized anAn Expert Talk on BUDGET 2026 : Decoding the Budget: Impact, Insights & Opportunities 2026-27, The session was organized on Tuesday, 3rd February 2026 at 9 am. The welcome address was delivered by Principal Dr. Muckta Karmarkar, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives for student development.
Mr. Chandrashekhar Tilak, Ex-Chief Risk Officer & Executive Vice- President, NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure Ltd. was the speaker of the session. Mr. Tilak, with his immense subject knowledge and expertise, decoded the various provisions made in the Union Budget 2026. He particularly emphasised the importance of having a geo-political analysis while evaluating the provisions of this year’s budget. His jovial and witty way of addressing made even the most complex topics engaging for the audience.
The session was followed by questions from the audience. Various intelligent and diverse questions were asked by the audience, the answers to which were given in equally satisfying manner by Mr. Tilak. The event was compered by Ms. Purva Anantwar, a TYBA student.
