The NSS Unit of Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce organized the Sardar@150 Birth Anniversary celebration of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas by conducting a Poster Making Competition and National Reel Contest to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and to inspire students to uphold the values of unity, patriotism, and national responsibility.
The primary objective of these activities was to create awareness among students about the life, leadership, and vision of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, popularly known as the Iron Man of India, and to encourage active youth participation through creative expression.
The Poster Making Competition provided students with an opportunity to artistically portray the ideals and values of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Students created posters highlighting themes such as national integration, unity in diversity, patriotism, youth responsibility, and service to the nation. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students showcasing their artistic abilities, creativity, and innovative ideas through effective visual representation.
