Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Please submit your abstract online.
  • Submit your abstract of no more than 300 words. The primary language of the conference is English, and your submission should be submitted in English.
  • You will receive a response either accepting or rejecting your paper. You may also receive reviewer comments or be given an opportunity to revise your abstract. Should you be given the chance to revise your abstract, you will be required to do so within 2 days of notification.
  • It is normally assumed that the first author of an accepted abstract is the primary presenter. For all accepted presentations with two or more authors, the co-authors who want to present together with the first author will need to register before 20 February 2026
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the papers’ publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. The organizer/publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
