The Quick Heal Foundation Pune organized “Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha” Orientation Programme on 12 June 2024. Cyber Warriors of Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce attended the session. This is a very good initiative by Quick Heal Foundation Pune which covers important aspects of cyber security education to empower the youth with essential knowledge to safeguard themselves in the digital landscape, and secondly, to spread cyber security awareness throughout society.
The students were guided by Mr.Ajay Shirke, Ms. Sugandha Dani and Ms.Gayatri Keskar from Quick Heal Foundation. There were various sessions which included students grooming and personality development. The students were briefed about the various tasks they have to perform like presentations, Impact activities, Mass activity etc. Students were provided additional responsibilities of downloading PDF booklet on cyber security issues and solutions. Students were also asked to encourage people to download the booklet and focus on managing and promoting this initiative through social media channels.
Overall, the initiative by Quick Heal Foundation Pune appears to be well-rounded, addressing both educational and personal development aspects among students. Mrs. Anupama Katkar, Chairperson-Quick Heal Foundation Pune , wished the students and teachers the best for their future endeavors. Dr. Ashok Agrawal, Executive Director Academic(Higher Education) and Dr. Muckta Karmarkar In-charge Principal congratulated and encouraged the selected students. Teacher representative Mrs. Chaithra Uchil, Club President Swara Kulkarni, Club Director Debashish Joardar , Club Director-Media Dhwajad Karnik represented Kaveri College at Quick Heal Foundation.
