The Department of Commerce organized an industry orientation session, “Finacle Software End User Training” on March 10, 2026. The Guest speakers Ms. Priya Narayanan and Mr. C.V. Narayanan provided 48 attending students with practical exposure to core banking systems. Following a welcome by Ms. Madhura Thite and HoD Dr. Deepa Sathe, the experts explored the Finacle ecosystem, emphasizing its role as the “language” of modern banking. They bridged the gap between theory and practice by discussing compliance, risk management, and the evolving BFSI sector, providing a clear roadmap for digital finance careers.
The session highlighted the competitive advantage of mastering professional software, encouraging students to enroll in the campus Finacle Training Add-on Course. A key highlight of the event was the announcement that training for all registered participants will officially commence on March 16, 2026. During the interactive Q&A, the speakers urged students to become innovative problem solvers. The event concluded successfully, leaving the participants better equipped with the industry-specific knowledge and employability skills required to succeed as future leaders in the global banking world.
