The Elocution and Debate committee of the college organised an Intra-College Elocution Competition for all the students. The competition was held in Marathi and English language on Monday, 25th August , 2025
Following were the Topics for the competition:

3. Remote work – Flexibility or Burnout दूरस्थ काम – लवचिकता की ताण?
The Elocution Competition began with a warm welcome extended to the participants, the judge, and teachers by Mr. Prajyot Jadhav (FYBA student). He also explained the rules of the competition. A total of 15 students registered, out of which 7 actively participated and presented their speech.
Among the participants, 4 students delivered their speeches in English while 3 spoke in Marathi.
At the prize distribution ceremony, Dr. Deepa Sathe informed students about the various activities conducted by the Elocution & Debate Committee, providing various platforms for students to hone their public speaking and presentation skills. provided a review of the competition. She also reviewed the competition.
Principal, Dr. Mukta Karmarkar in her address shared her guidance, encouraging students to participate in various activities so as to build confidence. She advised them to reflect on their thoughts, organize points systematically, and be well-prepared before appearing for an elocution competition.
The remarks are given by the judge for the event, Mrs. Soniya Kumbhojkar, Coordinator BBA IB which included valuable tips on effective public speaking, highlighting aspects such as time management, use of language, voice modulation, subject knowledge, and microphone handling. Following her words of inspiration, the results were announced.
- Ved Ramesh Walbhojkar (TYBBA IB) was declared the Winner presented his speech in Marathi on the topic, आधुनिक काळाशी सुसंगत श्री संत ज्ञानेश्वर महाराजांचे अविरत ज्ञान and won a cash prize of Rs. 500 with a certificate.
- Adishree Deshmukh (TYBA) secured the position of First Runner-Up presented her speech in Marathi on the topic, आधुनिक काळाशी सुसंगत श्री संत ज्ञानेश्वर महाराजांचे अविरत ज्ञान and won a cash prize of Rs.300 with a certificate.
The valedictory speech at the end of the competition was delivered by student volunteer Somya Jayade (SY BCOM). The event concluded successfully with encouragement and appreciation for all participants.
