Kaveri College Quick Heal Cyber Warriors Club Inauguration and Badge Distribution Ceremony

The Quick Heal Cyber Warriors Club of Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune, was inaugurated on 8 July 2026. The event marked the official commencement of the club’s activities and witnessed the active participation of Cyber Warriors, faculty members, and students.

The inauguration was graced by Principal Dr. Mukta Karmarkar, Vice Principal Dr. Anand Buddhikot, Dr. Rohit Tambe, Physical Director, and Mrs. Chaithra Uchil, Teacher Coordinator of the Quick Heal Cyber Warriors Club. Their presence added significance to the occasion and inspired the students to actively participate in the club’s initiatives.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Richa Gupta, Secretary of the Quick Heal Cyber Warriors Club. In her welcome address, she highlighted the significance of the Cyber Warriors Club in creating awareness about cyber safety, promoting responsible digital citizenship, and encouraging students to become ambassadors of cyber security.

Principal Dr. Mukta Karmarkar addressed the gathering and emphasized the growing importance of cyber awareness in today’s digital era. She encouraged the newly inducted Cyber Warriors to become responsible digital citizens, spread awareness about cyber safety, and contribute towards building a secure digital society. She also appreciated the continued collaboration between Kaveri College and the Quick Heal Foundation in empowering students with the knowledge and skills required to tackle emerging cyber threats.

Following the Principal’s address, Mr. Avaneesh Kitkule, President of the Quick Heal Cyber Warriors Club, spoke about the vision and objectives of the club. He motivated the Cyber Warriors to actively participate in awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community outreach programmes that promote cyber security and responsible online behaviour.

The dignitaries felicitated the newly inducted Cyber Warriors by presenting them with their official Cyber Warrior badges. The badge distribution ceremony symbolized their induction into the club for the Academic Year 2026–27 and recognized their commitment to promoting cyber safety and digital ethics within the college and the community.

The programme concluded with the Cyber Pledge, led by the Club President, during which all participants pledged to uphold cyber safety, practise ethical online behaviour, and work towards creating a secure and responsible digital environment.

The inauguration marked the beginning of another successful year of cyber awareness initiatives under the guidance of the Quick Heal Foundation. Through the Quick Heal Cyber Warriors Club, Kaveri College continues its commitment to nurturing responsible digital citizens who will educate, inspire, and empower society to stay safe in cyberspace.
