Kannada Sangha’s Pune’s Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune, in association with the Board of Students’ Development (BSD), Savitribai Phule Pune University, organized an informative workshop on UPSC and MPSC on 28 January 2026.
The programme began with Deep Prajwalan and the Vidyapeeth Geet, creating a dignified academic atmosphere. Dr. Deepa Sathe (SDO) introduced the workshop and explained its objectives. The welcome address was delivered by Principal Dr. Muckta Karmarkar, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives for student development.
Session 1 was conducted by Dr. Vishal Bhedurkar, Founder of Dnyanjyoti Education, Pune, who guided students on career planning and skill development.
Session 2 featured Dr. Savita Shinde, Deputy Director – Outreach, MIT ADT, who spoke about interdisciplinary education and emerging career opportunities.
Session 3 was led by Dr. Aparajita Morde, Assistant Professor, SICS, MIT ADT University, who highlighted the role of technology and communication skills in higher education.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Pooja Ambole, Program In-charge. The event was smoothly compered by Ms. Saumya Jayade (SYBCOM) and Ms. Sanika Lodhe (TYBA). The workshop ended with Vande Mataram.
