Kannada Sangha Pune’s Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce organized a Medical Health Check-Up Facility on 9th September 2026 under its Staff Welfare Initiative, in association with Fortune Diagnostics, Pune. The initiative was undertaken to encourage regular health assessments and promote awareness of preventive healthcare among the college staff and their family members.
The facility was made available on the college premises from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The health check-up package covered a wide range of diagnostic investigations, including blood count, blood sugar, HbA1c, liver and kidney function tests, thyroid profile, lipid profile, vitamin B12 and D3, urine examination, hormonal profile, and other important health parameters. A special package rate of ₹1,500 per person was offered to make these medical services more affordable.
A total of 12 individuals availed themselves of the facility. The initiative provided a convenient opportunity for participants to monitor their health and understand the importance of timely medical investigations.
Through this activity, the college reaffirmed its commitment to staff welfare and well-being. The programme was a constructive effort towards encouraging healthy habits, preventive care, and a positive working environment for the college community.
