Kaveri College is a home away from home not only then but today- a decade later. Whatever I am today is only because of my college and our fabulous faculty members. Our college not only focuses on our academics but also on our overall development. I am confident that our faculty members were and always be there to support us. Always proud to be a Kaverian!

In our quest to grow and be better as students of life, we choose to educate ourselves at an institution which not just helps us learn new topics as part of the curriculum but also practices a culture of gaining and sharing experiences by encouraging us to practice leadership, sincerity, commitment, teamwork, fellowship and other important human values; all while having fun. These qualities collectively contribute in the making of an all-round personality even post our educational years which forms the foundation to be the best of ourselves and enables us to contribute to society through our social and work life. If you’re looking to turn into such a person by discovering your hidden talents, Kaveri College is the place to take up your education, grow and enjoy. I’m glad I did so in 2008-09 for my graduation in Computer Science and eventually discovered many unknown facets of myself through my 3 years here, of which I’m ever grateful.

I was and am still a Kaverian! Being a student of Kaveri College, I also am currently working as a visiting faculty for German language with Kaveri College. To my luck, learning wasn’t restricted only to classroom sessions. There were various events and activities like NSS camp, soft skills sessions, Yuva Spandan, inter-college competitions organising and participating in which, helped me explore working in different arenas. Which indirectly made me enjoy the course too! As these events made us practically work on management-related theories. The credit goes to all my Top of the world faculty members. I never thought of bunking the lectures! They were always fun along with learning. Everyday was a curiosity, आज क्या सिखने को मिलेगा! The kind of bond I had with my teachers makes me also work on myself to be a good teacher. The 3 years journey would always be a beautiful memory, as it was my college and my faculties who brought in all the positive changes in my personality. It doesn’t end here. Our management, Principal, Faculties make themselves available for us, even today! A big salute to the entire Kaveri Institutes!

The college focuses on building students in such a way that they can survive any challenges that life throws at them. Along with studies the college has shaped us with its extracurricular activities conducted throughout the year. Especially the teaching staff is experienced enough to identify every individuals quality and try to promote and give him/her the stage. As to the profession that i belong to, we always need to improvise and adapt that these 2 key points were the part of 3 years at Kaveri.

I don’t know how much of what ‘Kaveri college’ means to me can be put down to words.
I have been a part of this esteemed college since 2009. Every year of the three that I have spent there, has been a memory to cherish. The opportunities for self development that one can get here is just amazing. The all-time support and motivation of the faculty members has enlightened me throughout the beautiful journey. A plethora of opportunities come your way for you to grab on and find the real you. I could even say that the faculty at Kaveri college played a prominent role in my decision to quit corporate and join the world of teaching. It’s always a promise of great experience backed up by excellent faculty. You cannot find someone who is not proud to be a part of the Kaveri family.
I am and will always be …A true blue KAVERIAN

We were blessed with good teachers who were very supportive. They taught us ethics and morals. The college used to focus on overall development of every student. We had BBA Club every Friday , we helped in organizing many seminars and visited top companies for industrial visits. We got good guidelines while preparing project in the last year. We participated in extra -curricular activities as well.

My connection with Kaveri College started in 2010 when I started was a student of FYBSc. (Comp.Sc). I was the cultural secretary of Yuvaspandan fest. I was also the Student Coordinator for also organising the College Annual Social Gathering. While in this role , It was fun to learn about ‘How to keep you mind cool, how to talk with our associates, with our teachers how to actually make your friends, seniors and juniors do their work, as volunteers, make friends, how to interact with people, etc. This has helped me extremely as now I can successfully and effectively communicate with my students in the gym. I also overcame stage fear as I participated in the gathering for 2 years. Due to this exposure in the college I became bold and fearless on the stage. That quality still exists in me . I made new friends with teachers, seniors and juniors.
We also won the PPT competition in 3rd year, we organised lectures, PPT for my class with the help of teachers and did so many innovative things.
Even though the profession I have chosen in my life has nothing to do with my academic degree but my college experience has tremendously helped me stand on my own and has given me the strength and resolve to pursue the career of my choice.

Kaveri has been a birthplace for unleashing my knowledge with no boundaries. Where in my earlier years I was only focused on academics, my mentors and teachers at Kaveri have taught me academics and more. I was aspired to be one of the founders and also be a part of various academic and cultural clubs like Kaveri Kautilyas, Kolors of Kaveri which was started during my 3 years. I would be ever grateful to my gurus at Kaveri for having been my stepping stone in success and for making me the person that I am today. An all rounder!
At Kaveri, you not only come to learn and earn a degree, but you experience challenges and be inspired by them!
Subodh Gazbare
B.Com. 2016Faculty, Kaveri College
My name is Subodh Gazbare and I’m currently a visiting faculty at Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce. I am a SET qualified assistant professor and I also manage my own commerce classes.
Kaveri College is special to me as I started both my educational and professional journey here. As a student here, I had the platform to explore and develop my skills and abilities. The college gave me unending opportunities which helped to channelize my energy into a better personality. Moreover, the exposure at co-curricular activities was abundant; be it inter-collegiate events and competition, anchoring and organizing events within college, or being a part of the college club activities.
Along with the college, I feel my teachers played an important role in shaping me. They helped me a lot even after completion of my course, which is rare to witness. My teachers have supported and provided me a helping hand whenever I attempted to take a decision regarding my career path, and indeed made a huge contribution to my career. Today, as a teacher at Kaveri College, I hope to give back to the institute that always supported me and gave me the skill-set to be successful in life.

The three years spent here were splendid and helped me grow better professionally and personally. Every college can be graded on three parameters; the Campus/infrastructure, the Faculty and the Students. Starting with the campus the college has a well designed and well-planned infrastructure consisting of specious classrooms, computer labs, physics lab, chemistry lab, audio-video room, a hygienic canteen, a spacious lobby area, a gym and a basketball court. The college has a dedicated placement cell too. If the college is the body; the staff, professors are its soul. The professors, staff at Kaveri College are worth every compliment. The professors are highly qualified, experienced and dedicated to their work. Their friendly attitude and the willingness to offer a helping hand has made me feel a part of the Kaveri family. Every teacher’s primary job is to complete the academic syllabus on time, but I have seen the professors equally involved in co-curricular activities and always motivating students to take part in different inter-college competitions and organising various events in the college campus as well. We also had various forums and clubs in the college. I myself was a part of the environmental forum and economics club of the college. The last but not the least are the students. The college draws students from all across the state and the college is filled with talented people be it art, dance drama, social service, oratory, etc. I precisely remember no student was ever stopped from nurturing his/her talent at various platforms locally and regionally. The college in fact did every bit to help the students achieve curricular as well as co-curricular success.

My journey at Kaveri College has been a transformative one. I look back and see that phase in my life as a period of tremendous growth, not just academically but also personality-wise. I strongly feel that these developments would not have been possible without my teachers at Kaveri. They provided an unconventional learning environment, where discussions were stimulated, and questions encouraged. They tried to challenge us intellectually and broaden our perspective by including current affairs and research studies in our classroom activities. Apart from academics, my teachers also motivated me to participate in extra and co-curriculars, which helped me acquire important life skills like confidence, public-speaking and organizational skills. The institute provided numerous opportunities to hone such skills, such as inter-college competitions, club activities (Arts club and Economics club) and annual college fest (Yuvaspandan). In all, I would describe my experience at Kaveri as the perfect stepping stone into the real world, as it shapes you to give your best.

My experience over the course of those 3 years was extremely enriching. In my sense, what distinguishes this institute from the others is the support and attention you receive from the teachers, and their passion towards providing each and every student with quality education. So my advice would be, if you have the desire and the hunger to learn, this institute would provide you the right platform to excel. And as the saying goes, Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish!

I can honestly say that l would not be where I am today without guidance and whole heartedly support from college and for that, I owe a huge thank you. Education is a marvelous blessing and I am extremely appreciative of the opportunities received in the college. I am thankful to all teachers, who taught me more than they will ever know and without their support I couldn’t succeed in my life. Everyone has encouraged me to achieve the best and boost my confidence.
Thank you for opening the doors to so many opportunities. I got selected in Infosys Limited through campus placements in Kaveri College, that was a biggest achievement for me in my life. I feel proud to be an alumna of this college.

After opting out of engineering mid-way through my second year, I decided to study journalism, something I knew I would enjoy doing. In pursuit of that, I had to hone in on my English language skills. However, getting there was easier said than done. My self-confidence was at its lowest and the loss of three academic years was staring me at the face every time I thought of the future. But since I had the support of my family I took the plunge and enrolled in Kaveri’s BA program. Today I can look back and say that it was one of the best decisions I have taken.
Kaveri not only helped me academically and professionally but also helped me grow as a person and a large share of this credit goes to my teachers.
Academically, our classroom sessions were rigorous but enjoyable. Teaching was never restricted to lectures delivered by the teacher but was more of classroom discussions. As students, we were asked to read and explore the topic being covered and come to class. A series of discussions and debates followed which helped cement my understanding of the subject matter. Such practices aided my exam preparation as there was little to study from scratch when exam time came. As a result, academic hurdles posed little challenge.
My teachers here were invested in me and my future like my family. Their contributions were not restricted to the classroom.
I had come to Kaveri with a lot of confusion with regards to my career path. I knew I wanted to pursue journalism but I had little knowledge about the way forward. Here too, my teachers came to my rescue. They not only guided me but also prepared me for what lay ahead.
The college also provided me with various co-curricular and extra-curricular platforms like Kaveri Kautilyas (Economics club), Kolors of Kaveri (Arts club) and other events where I gained a lot of exposure to different soft-skills which have stayed with me. It was in these activities where I interacted with students from other streams who have become some of my closest friends. Apart from organising our own annual college festival, Yuva Spandan, together we participated in various inter-collegiate festivals and competitions over the three years.
The three years at Kaveri were life-changing for me in many ways. Both academic and extra-curricular progress that I made at Kaveri helped me find my self-confidence again and I found direction and motivation to pursue my chosen field. I am deeply proud of my alma mater and hope that it keeps up its vision of excellence in education.
Needless to say the three years at Kaveri are and will remain the best years of my life.

I always feel so happy, blessed to have such teachers in my life who motivated me and encouraged me and all. Every year, I used to be excited for prize distribution ceremony to collect prize for academic achievement from my favorites teachers, principals and guests.
Kaveri College not only focuses on education but it conducts many sessions on soft skills, guidance on interview skills, how to behave in corporate world and so many. College held various extra curricular activities, inter college competition. Because of such sessions and activities I have learned so many things that are useful beyond college. A much important turning point of my life was when I got placed in “Infosys Limited”. I was not thinking of doing a job after BCA, but our placement coordinator informed about the campus drive. I was reluctant but my teachers encouraged me to be a part of that drive and I was selected. All the sessions and all things which I learnt in college directly or indirectly helped me a lot to clear interview.
Now I can proudly say that I haven’t got only the BBA CA degree but also I have learned so many things for my life. This college shaped my life in so many ways and made me a better person.

My Psychology degree has definitely shaped my career and my mindset but what I like most about Kaveri is the faculty. Their mentoring has greatly helped my personal and professional growth. I still enjoy their support as an alumna. Also, the extracurricular activities during bachelors have helped me hone my leadership and interpersonal skills, which is very valuable as a young professional.

I had a pleasant experience of being a Kaverian and I take pride in saying that because of the wonderful memories that the college gave me. I am grateful to all my professors who imbibed the passion in me for learning. They have been extremely cordial and supportive. They never failed to extend a hand of help to all the students. Initially, I came with a thought how college life is about bunking. However, coming here I realised that the real life lessons were learnt in those 45 minutes classes. I take an opportunity to thank the management for promoting me in wonderful events like Pune Festival Miss Pune and Purushottam Karandak which gave me a mirror to see my extra curricular abilities. I made wonderful friends here and how I wish if I could relive my college days.

B.A. (Psychology) 2019Pursuing a BA Psychology Degree
Kaveri has created a platform to a range of opportunities rather than solely focusing on the mainstream academics. Pursuing a BA Psychology degree would not have been so rewarding elsewhere. The college has created an environment which I found to be very conducive to personal growth. The number of opportunities this college has given me in every event is commendable. I remember noting the changes in my personality over the course of these 3 years. The teachers and authorities put in much required efforts to ensure that the students benefit and get to learn the most. Kaveri has always been a home more than a college for me. Hoping to contribute more and more with every passing year!

B.A. (Psychology) 2019Pursuing MA in Psychology from Dept. of Psychology, SPPU
I had a proper reason to do my Bachelors in Arts because I always knew that I liked literature, psychology and history and economics and wanted to explore those subjects desperately. . Hence, I took a chance to explore my field. When we went for admission process, the teachers made me comfortable within few minutes and I had decided to take admission. As my classes proceeded, I started enjoying my lectures. In every class we used to have lot of discussions not only about the subject we were learning but also we discussed about surroundings, different trends and how it affects humans. They taught us almost everything under the sun. Our teachers taught us not to learn from one point of view but to have an open mind to accept every side of the subject and then have an opinion about it. This helped me to analyze the situation first and then reach for conclusion. I became good listener. I became creative due to lot of creative classes and sessions we had on different occasions. We used to have presentations in economics class for a difficult chapter so that we can study it and present it in front of everyone. So it developed my stage handling skills and hard topics felt easy when I gave my own terminologies to it.
I was the Girls NSS head in the college. That time I had responsibilities and social duties to perform and my task was, to get those duties performed by my all volunteers. My professors helped me to enhance my leadership skills. I hardly missed lectures because lot of things used to happen in the class. As mentioned earlier we used to read stories, give presentations we used to have role plays in psychology class to understand the depth of a concept.
I grew a lot in my three years and my teachers gave me a chance to talk, explore, to do mistakes so I can correct myself. These years have helped to understand, if you really want to do something then you will do it anyhow but I am lucky enough that I had amazing teachers who pushed me to do hard work and supported me when I was down. Our teachers always took our feedback seriously. And this is the thing you cannot see anywhere, that teachers will wait and listen to the feedback and actually work on it. We always had transparent relations with teachers. Examination patterns were so strict that we got used to all exam pressures.
I am a very proud Kaverian who is ever thankful to my teachers for helping me to achieve my goals. Thanks a lot!
