On 10th March 2025, Career Guidance Session on Aviation Industry was conducted by Poise International Institute of AirHostess, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism for students of Bcom, BA, BBA(CA), BBA , BBA(IB) , BSc(CS), and MSc(CS), Mcom courses. By Ms. Ananya Gaikwad – Aviation Trainer. Mr. Sunil Waghmare sir welcomed all the guests and students, followed by Dr. Deepa Sathe Placement Head who gave a heart-warming welcome.
It was an insightful experience that introduced students to the vast career opportunities in the aviation industry. She provided a detailed overview of various roles, salary prospects, and the different training programs in the Poise Training Institute required to enter the field. The session also highlighted the exciting lifestyle and financial rewards that come with aviation careers, encouraging students to step beyond conventional job paths. Adding to the motivation, Ms. Gaikwad showcased real success stories, featuring students who had been placed in prestigious aviation roles. She also shared heartwarming videos of these students alongside their parents, where they expressed their joy and pride in seeing their children achieve great heights in their careers. This session served as an eye-opener, inspiring students to explore new and dynamic career possibilities. The session ended with Vote of Thanks given by Ms.Revati Deshmukh.
