Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Please submit your abstract online. After you have submitted your abstract, you will
receive an email acknowledging receipt of your submission.
  • Submit your abstract of no more than 300 words. The primary language of the
conference is English, and your submission should be submitted in English.
  • Your abstract will undergo a peer review by a designated scientific committee. The
organizing committee chair will be heading the scientific committee, and will make
the final decisions with regard to the abstracts.
  • You will receive a response either accepting or rejecting your paper. You may also
receive reviewer comments or be given an opportunity to revise your abstract. Should
you be given the chance to revise your abstract, you will be required to do so within
    two (2) weeks of notification.
  • It is normally assumed that the first author of an accepted abstract is the primary
presenter. For all accepted presentations with two or more authors, the co-authors who
want to present together with the first author will need to register before June 30th
    2024.
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the papers’ publication has been
approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during
submission and peer review. The organizer/publisher will not be held legally
responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
  • It is obligatory to use the American Psychological Association (APA) style-format for
    the abstract and paper.
