Course Structure

B.Sc. (Computer Science) is three years degree course. It contains four main subjects (Electronics, Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science) in first year. Second year of B.Sc. (Computer Science) has Electronics, Mathematics, English and Computer science as main subjects. Third year contains Computer Science as principle subject.

Eligibility

Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Science stream with English and Mathematics compulsory or Three Years Diploma in Computer Science Course of Board of Technical Education conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.

Choice Based Credit System (CBCS)

In a bid to fine tune the scientific education system to the global standards and practices, Credit-Grade based performance and assessment system was implemented in June 2019 for Under Graduate Programmes (UG) under the faculty of Science, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
