The Quick Heal Foundation Pune organized “Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha” Orientation Programme on 09 June 2025. Cyber Warriors of Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce attended the session.
This is a very good initiative by Quick Heal Foundation Pune which covers important aspects of cyber security education to empower the youth with essential knowledge to safeguard themselves in the digital landscape, and secondly, to spread cyber security awareness throughout society.
The students were guided by Mr. Ajay Shirke, Ms. Gayatri Keskar and Mr. Deepu Singh from Quick Heal Foundation. There were various sessions which included students grooming and personality development. The students were briefed about the various tasks they have to perform like presentations, Impact activities, Mass activity etc. Students were provided additional responsibilities of downloading PDF booklets on cyber security issues and solutions. Students were also asked to encourage people to download the booklet and focus on managing and promoting this initiative through social media channels.
Overall, the initiative by Quick Heal Foundation Pune appears to be well-rounded, addressing both educational and personal development aspects among students. The Club Installation Ceremony was successfully conducted in the hands of Mrs. Anupama Katkar, Chairperson-Quick Heal Foundation Pune, marking the formal induction of the newly elected club officers. During the event, each officer was presented with their official badge, symbolizing their commitment and leadership role within the club. Alongside the presentation of badges, the officers were also briefed on their respective responsibilities and duties for the upcoming term. Mrs. Anupama Katkar, wished the students and teachers the best for their future endeavours. Dr. Muckta Karmarkar Principal congratulated and encouraged the selected students. Teacher coordinator Mrs. Chaithra Uchil, Club President Swaraj Tilekar, Club Secretary Aroha Natu, Activity Director Sneha Maileshwar , Club Director-Media Debashish Joardar represented Kaveri College at Quick Heal Foundation.
