The Placement Cell of Kannada Sangha Pune’s Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce had organized a guest lecture by Shri. Vivek Velankar, renowned writer and Counsellor, Founder and founder and owner ARV Infotech, Pune. The topic for the guidance session was What after Graduation and along with Graduation ?
Dr. Deepa Sathe, Head Placement & Vocational Guidance cell briefed the objective of the session was to make the students aware about various opportunities in the domain of commerce and management. CMA Abhay Deodhar, Mentor Kaveri College, Dr. Ashok Agrawal – Executive Director, Academic – Higher Education and Dr. Muckta Karmarkar – Principal In-Charge were present for the session.
Dr. Ashok Agrawal, in his inaugural speech, mentioned about the contribution of Mr. Velankar in guiding the students of school, undergraduates across Maharashtra.
Mr.Velankar guided the undergraduate students of B.Com, BBA and BCA. He focused on the career opportunities in the domain of Law, Defence, Staff selection, Competitive Exams, education at Foreign Universities. He guided on how BBA students can apply and prepare for MBA courses and crack the entrance exams. Best careers in design, music, digital marketing, SAP and other courses were the major topics of discussion from his session.
