Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Pune, in association with the Quick Heal Foundation, hosted the “Kaveri Cyber Carnival” On September 15, 2025, under the Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha initiative.
The event featured a session on “Building Cyber Resilience,” by Mr. Yogesh Thanage, Founder and CEO of ShellStrong Technologies. Yogesh is a expert in cyber-crime investigation and digital forensics, with over 15,000 consultations and 35,000+ hours of training delivered to law enforcement and IT professionals. He has authored and co-authored multiple influential publications, including handbooks on cyber-crime and forensics, and contributes to SOP development for cyber-crime investigations in Maharashtra. Honoured by top officials, his work continues to shape cyber security practices and education across India.
Mr. Yogesh conducted an insightful session focused on real-life cyber threats. He shared live case studies on online scams, data breaches, and phishing attacks. These examples helped attendees understand how such incidents occur and how to protect themselves. His practical tips on maintaining online safety were especially valuable. The session was highly informative and received excellent feedback from all participants.
The Kaveri Cyber Carnival was a huge success, offering a perfect mix of educational sessions and exciting cyber security-themed games on stilts. The event was well-attended by school teachers, students, junior college staff, and management, all of whom expressed their appreciation for the efforts of our cyber warriors, making the carnival an enjoyable and impactful experience for all participants. 900-950 attendees attended the Kaveri Cyber Carnival
