Mega Open Pool Campus Placement Drive was organized by the Kaveri Placement Cell on 8th July 2023 in the college campus in association with Magic Bus India Foundation. 15 companies from IT, Banking, Finance, Media, Services showed their interest in the drive. More than 450 students registered for the drive. The placement drive witnessed a huge response with more than 150 students attending the drive. The Drive started with an address by Vice Principal Dr. Muckta Karmarkar and Head- Placement Cell Dr. Deepa Sathe. The representatives of all companies explained the job descriptions and delivered preplacement presentations.
The students appeared for several companies of their choice and inclination. The HR representatives of companies interviewed the candidates whereas some companies conducted aptitude tests and interviews.

Skill Academy, Pay with Ring (ONEMi Technology), DBS Mintek, Quess Corp, ICICI Bank, Infinity Services, Ocean One, Vijaya Management Services, Integrated India.
To make sure the students are equipped with the necessary skills to face the placement procedure, the college organized a preplacement training session from 3rd July to 7th July 2023 for the students. Sessions such as Communication Skills, SWOC, Work Culture & Ethics, Dos and Don’ts, Employee rights, Team Building, Time Management, Confidence Building, Resume Building, Interview Skills, Listening Skills, Nonverbal Communication, Yoga and Meditation, etc. The students felt that the Preplacement camp was very fruitful as it improved their performance in the process. More than 100 students have attended the training and benefited to prepare for the drive.
