Department of Commerce of Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune, organized an insightful session titled *“Navigating the CA Journey: Mindset, Expectations and Opportunities”* for its students aspiring to pursue the Chartered Accountancy profession on 22nd August 2025 conducted by CA KEDAR RAJE.
The session started with Inaugural address by Ms. Malati Kalmadi, Secretary, Kannada Sangha who encouraged students to learn, reflect and ask questions fearlessly.
The guest speaker, CA Kedar Raje, Senior Partner and Audit Leader at Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP, shared his rich professional experiences and guided students on the dynamic journey of becoming a Chartered Accountant. Through a detailed presentation, he highlighted the scope of the CA profession along with the expectations of industry, auditors, and clients.
Addressing the participants, CA Raje emphasized the importance of cultivating the right mindset, positive attitude, and courage to face challenges. He further inspired students to focus on continuous upskilling, improving interpersonal and professional competencies, and preparing themselves to seize opportunities in the ever-evolving business world.
The session left a lasting impact on the audience, motivating not only students but also faculty members with its practical insights and inspiring guidance. 118 students have benefited from this session.
